SWISS: P01160 Gene ID: 4878 心鈉素（心房利尿鈉肽）：心鈉素主要是由心房分泌的一種含有28個氨基酸并由二硫鍵結合的一環(huán)形肽分子，具有強大的利鈉、利尿、擴血管等作用。使血管舒張，外周阻力降低；使每博輸出量變少，心率減慢；腎排水排鈉增多；導致體內(nèi)細胞外液量減少。 心鈉素主要來源于心肌纖維，但腦、腎、肺、腎上腺等器官、組織也能表達，但產(chǎn)生及分泌的方式有一定差異。 |
